Our programs are open to aspiring and current public leaders at both federal and state levels, elected officials, civil servants, youth and women in leadership, private sector professionals, and civil society influencers. We welcome participants from all regions of Somalia.

National Leadership Academy offers a range of leadership development programs tailored to different levels, from entry-level leaders (university graduates, youth leaders) to mid-career professionals and executive leadership. Our curriculum combines in-person training at our campus with flexible online learning.
