Evidence for stronger leadership and institutions in Somalia—through rigorous publications that inform policy and practice.
Generating evidence, publishing analysis, and supporting evidence-informed decision-making across Somalia’s leadership landscape.
“Research and innovation drive practical solutions for stronger leadership and governance.”
The Research and Innovation Centre (RIC) is the Academy’s publications and knowledge arm. It produces research reports, policy briefs, articles, and commentaries that document what works in Somali institutions—and turn those findings into guidance leaders can use.
Like peer national research centres, RIC connects inquiry to public value: open outputs, policy-relevant analysis, and continuous learning for government, partners, and the next generation of leaders.
New Centre publications will appear here as they are published.
