Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Design, Development, and Deployment of a Learning Management System (LMS) and Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solution

National Leadership Academy seeks to engage a qualified and experienced firm to undertake a comprehensive digital transformation initiative through the development and deployment of a Learning Management System (LMS) and the implementation of an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

The assignment will be delivered in two phases:

Phase 1: Design, development, customization, and deployment of a robust Learning Management System (LMS) to support digital learning, training delivery, and knowledge management.
Phase 2: Implementation of an integrated ERP system to streamline administrative, financial, academic, and operational processes across the Academy.

The selected firm is expected to provide end-to-end solutions including system design, development/customization, deployment, integration, training, and post-implementation support.
