The National Leadership Academy seeks proposals from a qualified consultant to undertake the Development of an Academic Policy and Two Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The consultant will be responsible for producing clear, comprehensive, and context-appropriate policy instruments that strengthen NLA’s academic governance, standardize operational processes, and enhance quality assurance across learning programs. The deliverables should be practical, future-focused, gender-responsive, and aligned with NLA’s vision for transformative leadership and nation-building in Somalia.
